I am the Founding Director of Mitalent Recruitment Group. In 2008, I established a true boutique agency offering personal and professional recruitment and talent management services. My passion for working in the recruitment industry commenced more than 20 years ago and my experience has seen me work at both a strategic consulting and operational level in an array of industry sectors. I have experience leading large project teams including commercial and government assignments, identifying and opening new branches nationally and providing outstanding recruitment services of staff from entry level to executive roles.

I am very proud of my team at Mitalent, every member shares the same vision and energy, all Consultants are experienced within their fields and we are all passionate in our approach to helping people and providing workforce solutions to partner with our clients and candidates for the long term.

Our strengths are having strong client and candidate focus and success in achieving required outcomes in line with business objectives. I believe that my commitment, honesty and integrity is always at the forefront and testimony to my commitment to the business is that I continue to recruit and work with clients and candidates on a daily basis.

I have been awarded the honour of being the Official Ambassador for a non-profit organisation, Fitted for Work. Fitted for Work is the first national service organisation committed to helping women experiencing disadvantage to obtain work, maintain employment and ultimately achieve financial independence.
